The Pillars

In our opinion, the business of real estate has a number of important pillars.  These pillars are the foundation for how we work.

Pillar One (We Live Real Estate)

Jennifer and Kevin are not only business partners, they are a married couple whose entire world revolves around real estate and ensuring their clients receive the respect and attention that they deserve.  Naturally they have an office in Enfield (Royal Lepage Atlantic – 291 Hwy 2).  They also maintain a fully operational office in their home.  The 24/7 world requires systems and plans in place to ensure the client is kept informed and protected.  Jennifer and Kevin strive to ensure this happens.  This takes time, experience and a lot of hard work.

Pillar Two (Clients are Primary)

Accountable and available.  Today there are many ways of communication.  Some like the phone, while others prefer text and email.  Social media also has its messenger services.  No matter which device / app or service you like to use;  you’ll always receive an answer from Kevin and Jennifer.  Keeping clients aware of shifting market conditions, setting up showings, providing feedback from each showing and contributing professional advise during each step of the real estate process is what they do each and every day

Pillar Three (We are Part of the Community)

During the summer of 1993, Jennifer and Kevin moved to a basement apartment in Enfield.  Since then they have lived in two homes and have become very aware of the local real estate market.  East Hants and the surrounding communities is a real estate market that is different from all others.  It encompasses a suburban and rural flavour, these two features have created an incredible and diverse region.  There are subdivision homes with full municipal services and homes with 5 acres of property and well and septic.  There are farms both large and small, there are horse farms, hobby farms and property for those that just want a little privacy and a few chickens. There are also cottage areas found on lakes and the amazing opportunities the the Bay of Fundy provides.  We are proud to call East Hants home and we provide the same level of service to everyone who calls upon us to represent them as their REALTOR®.

Pillar Four (This is our Business)

Real Estate is a business where many people want to “try-it”.  There are some who have a real estate licence as a second source of income.  This is not the way to run a business that requires immense amounts of time, effort and skill.  This is Jennifer’s 30th year as a REALTOR®.  Kevin has been a REALTOR® for more than 18 years.  This is a business that they have chosen.  It is a tough pressure filled industry and every day we keep our clients safe.
